I started using these on kid number 1 and now on number 3 and still on my second $25 dollar roll. They only see the gold coin from the fairy so they have no idea I'm cheap.

Our neighbor gave their daughter $100. I just turned to my kids and said “that’s it, there is no tooth fairy.”

The Tooth Fairy gives $1 for teeth

Ever hear of supply and demand? This tooth fairy must be in Alabama where loose teeth are common.

Tooth fairy has dropped off 10’s & 20’s here over the years. No small bills to be found when needed.

Thanks for the heads up.

Also while I have your ear, can you please tell me what amount is acceptable to spend for Christmas per kid?

All of you suck.

Every one of y'all.

And you all know it.

You all ruined this once beautiful world.

when it's a $5 or $10 it's only because It's the only bill in the house and it's back to $1's after not the "new norm"

I'm thinking Pinterest must have been pushing the dollar gold coins back in the day. Wife told me about it, and I went and got a roll when our daughter was about to lose teeth. The first few were fine. The last one I still vividly remember. Waited up until after midnight to slip back and play the tooth fairy. At least 30 minutes goes by, and she comes downstairs bawling her eyes out. She said "I saw what you did" and there in the middle of the night we had to tell her the tooth fairy was just something fun parents did for their kids when they started losing teeth.

But we kept the gold coins going for her younger siblings. They never spend them, heck my kids never spend any cash they get. They give it to me after birthdays and Christmas and want to order something from Amazon.

My 5 year old boy opened a door on his big toe causing him to lose the toenail a few days later. I saw him getting in bed with a ziplock bag. I asked him what it was...he had his toenail in there to put under his pillow "for the Toenail Fairy"

When I asked him how much the Toenail Fairy brings, he said "$20"

My dad forgot to put money under my pillow once and I was upset in the morning and while still half asleep in his boxers he said "let me check, you must've missed it" and I saw him sneak a bill under my pillow while "looking".

I played dumb, but that ended my tooth fairy days.

Best part, in his tired daze, he put a $20 under there. I said "oh my gosh $20!" and the look on his face was hilarious. He couldn't take it back
