I've seen a couple of those happen in fights over the years.

There will be swelling ... then they'll tap it to relieve pressure, induce a coma, maybe cut a piece of skull out and store it in his stomach area until they're ready to put it back.

I doubt he'll road rage anyone ever again.

I've got no sympathy for the assclown.

To be fair, his arms are massive which makes it a hell of a lot easier to knock somebody out. Dude is genetically built for manual labor

I think it's more that the young dude didn't know how to fight than it was old man strength. Slow motion telegraphed punch that he should have seen coming.
