bullshite. I´m a busy man, and typically multi-tasking.

I don´t like putting people out, and hate when I´m busy and have to spot.

There are a shite ton of power racks available where I go, so this comment is bullshite.

Nothing makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside then when people make "gym tips"/"gym do's and don't's" topics and they get triple digit downvotes.

Keep fighting the good fight, people.

Lately my pet peeve are the powerlifters. Guy deadlifts 405+ but is beating the hell out of the bar...going to break it eventually.

I used to deadlight 405 and sqaut about the same for about 12 years working out 5 days a week, with the weekends for recorvery.

I never saw a bar break in 12 years of weight lifting.

I don't care about any of this, just get off the phone or get off the bench.

Military/ Push press is acceptable for the squat rack if there are no other alternatives.

Bench really is a non-functional lift unless you are a powerlifter. What that means is your bench press numbers going up literally does nothing to help you in everyday life or sport.

neither have I. I'm sure it would happen over time if you just drop it from the top of the lift every time, but I don't know. I'm close to getting 585 right now (grip strength is what's stopping me) and I don't just drop the bar.

I would like to thank you all for taking the time to read and comment on my public service announcement.

Over 180 people have affirmed that they are the problem and that is the first step to recovery

I work different muscle groups in between sets. Cuts my workout time in half while keeping my heart rate up the whole time. Much better than playing on your phone between sets.

That's fine to do as long as you aren't commandeering multiple machines at once. Once you move on to another machine, it's fair game.

Another bad one is the guy who is using 3 sets of Dumbbells at the same time.
