Spell out the full word and don't use emojis
When she texts you, wait a while to text back to pretend like you're busy
You can text back and forth immediately if it is late at night
Text sporadically on the weekends
Call her. Texting = talking; calling = meeting. You won't meet her until you talk
Most important:
Practice dick pic angles to get the best looking ones. Send dick pic at a random time with a regular message like there isn't a dick pic attached

There is a theory that speaks to the cost of "over availability" in that if you're quick to respond to an out of the blue text means you're not doing anything else.

I'd just use the direct approach. If a "girl" texts you, reply as soon as reasonable. The suggest meeting in real life and quit playing fricking games!

We have gone out on dates, we've hooked up a few times, sent her flowers on Friday, had sex on Saturday, just not sure if either of us are ready to fully commit. Which is another reason I don't want to be too honest. First girl I'm interested in since my ex wife. Don't know if I really want to grab the first one and hang on or play the field for a bit. So the the texting etiquette is more for future possibilities.

This. I am sure there are ways to play the game, and do well. But if you want to find someone truly special, break the rules. Differentiate yourself.
