Me too or in their LinkedIn profile. Make sure you watch what you say around those people because they'll definitely report you to the PC police.
Yeah if they don't already work in HR they're probably talking to them daily

I've turned down job interviews when I see pronouns in a recruiter's email signature.

The CIO of my company makes fun of them to me when we get off of the call so I think I'm good for now

I denied a promotion and pay raise to one of these fools. It was not happy and quit. Problem solved
Having worked in HR before sometimes I read stuff that’s posted and just think wow that’s not something that should hit a public forum. That has lawsuit etc written all over it. Makes me think it’s not true.

Pronouns In Your Signature
I’ll take ‘things I absolutely refuse to engage in’ for $1k, Alex. (Or, Ken, now, I guess?)

It's not sexual discrimination to reject someone for being too self centered.

Yeah that’s the ONLY thing a boss can do to get in trouble with HR, lol.

Some govmt organizations are starting to require employees to do it.

My company doesn’t require it but I guess if I was forced to populate the signature line I would put “y’all/allofy’all.”

If you are a normal human, you can be Sir or Ma’am, he or she. Anything else gets an It. Nothing else.
How is It today? Is It working overtime today? Oh, that’s right, It is unemployed.

Any potential salesmen/vendors that approach me on email that have this are automatically blocked

The only time this remotely makes sense is with androgynous names like 'Lee', 'Kelly' etc....
As others said I appreciate it with obvious names because it broadcasts that you're a self centered, virtue signaling narc who i will avoid at all costs.

I feel it’s incumbent upon a person who has unexpected or indeterminable (in visual inspect) to let others know what to call them AND to be mentally strong enough to do it without the 99.9% of the rest of us also doing it.
It’s the ultimate virtue signal.

It’s preposterous pandering for imaginary belief systems.
