Thats the sweet spot for the OT. Need to validate OP is giving us the true details thus the 10 pages asking the tough questions. I mean how can you give good advice if you haven't asked for pics of the wife, how old the person is, have you punched him in the nose etc...

Wait till he's really loaded up one night and passes out. Then sneak into his house (if it's dark) and drop a couple of Fentanyls in his whiskey bottle. That's if nothing else works since he would probably OD and die.

Other non life threatening would be sneak over while he's passed out and find his phone and dial 911 and just set the phone down. The alternative to this is loading his computer with Kiddie stuff on the screen and doing calling 911. Or if he still has a land line you can connect a phone at the box outside and call in bomb threats or say you're holding someone hostage.

Or you could just be a man and talk to him with a jacked up threat level saying you're fricking done with him but you'd like to get along and drink a beer a few to start him out earlier.

I would start blasting music at your house at 6am when you leave for work and he’s just trying to go to bed.
