You didn't mean to hurt her feelings or slight her husband but I can see how they took it like that.
I look at it like he did mean to. He admitted his behavior is not normal and that it does come off rude...hence him not attempting to correct his unusual social behavior is clearly intentional by the simple nature of inaction. I would have the same reaction as the future in-laws. Not to the extreme of threats and ultimatums, but I would absolutely not like the guy and would express it to my wife. Treating people like strangers while at their house is the utmost disrespectful arrogant selfish shite I've ever read.
My cousin is an introvert, but he learned manners and knows when his behavior is rude and adjusts according to his environment. This guy knows his behavior is rude and then gets on a high horse when someone calls him on it.

Ok, now how do you feel assuming you caused an permanent rift in their relationship?

I shake my friends' hands or fist bump or something every time I see them. Even my close friends. I don't know why that would be considered weird.
I guess now that I think about it, I only don't shake my brother's hand, and two of my really close friends' hands. I don't know why, but I feel like it's because we're so close.
I have other close friends, and I shake their hands every time I see them.

don't care at all. I wish she had just believed her sister and broken things off then and there. apparently, that's what your dumbass would have done

Good Lord, you're a piece of shite.

only a high class man would refer to others as pieces of shits

Are you engaged to my wife because that sounds like my sil. I'm not even quiet either just don't always have anything to say that involves the inane shite that she/they talk about.

For you to type all that out and not realize the problem is a bit disconcerning.
I'll tell you what happened. You were all butt hurt and poo poo'n about having to go visit the baby so walked in with a negative attitude and it showed. How and the hell did you make it through puberty and not learn to look a man in the eye and shake his hand is beyond me.
And yeah, women are more times than not irrational and crazy, deal with it or find a boyfriend, but he will still have a mom and sister to deal with.
Grow up. Life isn't always fun

You also aren't special. No one cares about your inability to interact socially like the rest of society.

Why don't you tell me what you would have done since you are so high and mighty

How will the dregs of society such as yourself ever become better people if you're not called out on your shite

I was thinking the same thing. I can only care so much about who is having a baby or who is getting engaged. Luckily me and my BIL are good buddies so we usually grab a beer and go outside.
OP, quit being weird and make small talk. As others have said, if you can post your feelings on TD you can talk about the weather.

Greet and shake the mans hand next time

Refusing to talk to somebody who continuously tries to break up you and your girlfriend doesn't make you a dreg of society, it makes you not a pussy.
