They almost had me believing the sun exists.
Good job, whatever studio this was filmed at.

That is legitimately impossible.
I agree. What material do we have that won’t melt in that environment?
I suppose the folks that believe the earth is flat will also believe this.

The 'new idea' in this case is 'space.com' is making false claims, without any real proof.

I wish someone would explain to me who turns the Sun off at night and back on in the morning.

That we can do, but comprehending the differences between male and female we have difficulty with.

5 diameters of the sun away from the sun?
Lots

What do they make it out of? I figured surface of sun and it atmosphere would melt/burn just about any substance known to man.

I have nothing to add other than that’s pretty cool
And a tad terrifying.
But I have to ask, how is there sound on this? I thought sound could not travel in the vacuum of space.

Since sound doesn’t travel in space, how did they do that? Not being a smartass genuinely curious
They didn't. They converted data to sound.

There are materials we have that are effective at plasma temps. Not anything you could buy at Home Depot, but they exist. High-energy sciences use them all the time.

The outer atmosphere of the sun is still almost four million miles away from its surface. The shielding of the probe was designed to take temperatures up to 2,600 degrees Fahrenheit. Temperatures on the surface of the probe apparently got up to "only" 1,800 degrees Fahrenheit at its closest approach to the sun.

That is plausible but what about the electronics, the camera and other communications on board?

How would they know what sort of sound to use in this conversion?

So, what man-made material is that probe made of? What's the temperature of the Sun's atmosphere? How is all this possible?
You’d think since we got a probe this close to the sun, we’d also finally be able to send a probe down to the surface of Venus and have it last longer than a couple of hours.

What’s interesting as frick is we can transmit data from The Sun to Earth, and convert data to sound, but I cannot connect to the internet while inside Costco.
