Any issues with that cell coming off the lake at Mandeville now?

Not that I've heard yet. I'm a few blocks off the lakefront, east of 59 and didn't get anything crazy. Luckily it pushed east of Fontainebleau and went over a fairly uninhabited area

I’m off 1088 east of 59, above Pelican Park… wasn’t that big of a deal here. A decent amount of hard rain but it’s mostly gone now. Seems the verified tornado was east towards Laconbe.

7:50 PM NEW ORLEANS- you are CLEARED. The tornado and associated storm have moved to the east. There are still showers around but none are severe at this time.

Normal Deep South tornadoes are rain wrapped but these were more classic supercells. Not a ton of rain with them. Like the arabi one. You could see it on the TV tower cam from the west because the was no rain shield.

Yeah I’m not far from you and I’m not even sure it rained here after the big cell came through

ETA: this looks like Arabi. The two story building is on St Claude, think it is a antique store.

They just said the one that came through the east is now just a broad rotation south of Slidell, but they need to watch it as the storm has done this multiple times.
