Prairieville home invasion shootout leaves alleged intruder dead(20, homeowner injured(60)

ASCENSION PARISH, LA (WAFB) - Officials are investigating what they describe as a deadly home invasion that happened early Wednesday morning.
A spokesperson for the Ascension Parish Sheriff’s Office says the incident happened shortly before 3 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 13 at a house in the Bishop Woods Subdivision in Prairieville.
Two men were suffering from gunshot wounds when police arrived. Deputies believe a shootout occurred between the alleged intruder and the homeowner. The alleged intruder later died. He has been identified as 20-year-old Major Payton, of Baker.
The homeowner, a 60-year-old man, was transported to a local hospital for treatmentLINK /

Good. I'm glad the intruder was killed. Needs to happen more often.

At first I was worried about this because it said P'ville, the I looked up where it is and was not surprised.

FYI it is the shitty spot behind the Rouse's and Izzo's.

So when does old Ben Crump show up and demand the homeowner be arrested for killing this child ?

He's 20 yrs old but I wouldn't care if he was 15 either. You teach your children that if you break into a person's home you might be killed.
