LSU’s student community has been going downhill for years. Started with TOPS. I would never allow my kids to attend LSU (or any university in Louisiana). Third world state, glad I made it out.

Yeah and? The Woodlands is a nice place to live, a lot of affluent people live there. Very low crime rate, tons of restaurants, super clean, and no homeless people

A median home price of $530,000 is still well above the national average. No, it isn’t Massachusetts or NYC level expensive, but neither is 95% of all the other states.
