Ok. 4 cars in a row. Car 1 slams on brakes. Car two hits car one from behind. But you are car three and car 4 slams you forward and you rear end car 2. Car 2 wants to sue you for hitting them from behind. Car 2 won a settlement. How stupid is this......

My wife tapped a guy in a F250 with her Honda Accord at like 2mph at one of the metered interstate on ramps in BR.
It didn't even do enough damage to the plastic bumper on the Accord for us to bother getting it fixed. She hit his draw tite. Dude sued our insurance and got like 22k in injury claims.
