The woman who hit me had the state minimum which wasn’t enough to cover one of my hospital stays. If they would have had any assets I would have sued them. Not for the money but to make her life fricking miserable.
That accident taught me a lot about insurance coverage and accidents.

Ours had been at 25/50 forever and we just never thought to change them. We didn't really have shite for anyone to take when we were younger so we wanted a cheaper rate
Definitely an oversight on my part but that guy didn't have $5 in injuries due to that accident.

Since you refuse to answer the question, I’m going to ask the Judge for permission to use the failure to answer the question means the truth must be detrimental to your case in my closing argument.
