Auto. I suspect that the guy had a lot of medical issues and either blamed some on the 2 mph crash or whatever. I don't know how that works. But I got a report with what they paid him to settle out of court. $0 in damage repairs to either car. Louisiana man.

That bastard sent me a letter from a prominent local attorney saying that our 25k in injury limits might not cover his medical bills and that he'd come after our assets if needed. Again, $0 damage to his vehicle.

Yeah, whatever the level is that's one up from the minimum. It had just been like that for a decade or more and I'd never thought to change it. But in Louisiana you'll get sued for bending someone's license plate so I've since changed that.
