I'm waiting for someone to free solo Wings of Steel.
It is amazing to me the quality and difficulty of the accents today compared to the 80s and 90s when I was climbing in Yo Valley.
Things nobody thought would ever get done just keep happening. I remember then in 93 when a free ascent of the Nose was out of the question Lynn Hill did it then the next year she came back and did it in a day. The Nose is harder than Honnold's route, the Nose is 5.14a and Freerider is 5.13a but free soloing is a different animal than just free. I expect to see harder and harder free solos to start getting sent in the next few years, once someone breaks through the impossible it is like a damn bursting.
Ain't nobody gonna free much less free solo Wings of Steel in my lifetime...

It's amazing that people don't know who the first family is, but they know who are the contestants on the bachelor.
I'm kind of envious of people that are apolitical. They blindly go thru life not knowing they're getting screwed by the gubmint.

Pretty sure everyone knows what Trump, Pence, and the First Lady look like. It doesn’t matter at all that anyone knows what Trump’s family outside his wife looks like. So no your last sentence makes no sense in that regard.

I know the president, his current wife and the 1 son they have together. I know Ivanka, not sure which wife he had her with, then I am aware he has two sons and another daughter. I am assuming Ivanka and the oldest son was from the first wife, the other son and daughter.. Maybe from his second wife, but I sure as hell don't know who his two oldest sons are married to. I keep up with what goes on in politics, but if you follow that shite all the time you will get yourself all worked up, you start seeing everything as political, etc, etc.
To some degree I trust the government, as a whole, to keep itself in check, because that's how it was designed. Checks and balances allow us not to have to consume ourselves with it. We don't all have to get out in the streets with machine guns and form militias when a certain person gets elected, because one person can't get in office and suddenly make us a communist country.
As for as I can remember, there have always been people paranoid about the US government doing this or that, but that's why we have a house, senate, president and supreme court.. And media. It all keeps everyone in check.
So yeah, forgive me if I am not aware of exactly who Donald Trump's older kids families look like.
