Nice subtle brag. Also, people put their houses for sale even when they don't want to sell it. They put am artificially high price, and if someone REALLLLLLY wants it, and is willing to pay over market value, they will take the offer.

a. i dont live there.
b. new construction neighborhood that is only 25% complete. those houses are selling as soon as they're built, its not people fishing for offers.
c. zillow cut off the houses displayed for sale or recently sold at 500(!) on that screengrab.
did i mention that subidivision is only TWENTY-FIVE PERCENT COMPLETE?

Westhaven is nice, but it's not the most expensive neighborhood. What's crazy is that there are spec neighborhoods popping up around here (Williamson County) with homes all going for 1 million+.
