If you find a senorita and want to start a family, I recommend looking in Helotes (off 1604, just outside of SA).

If you plan to stay single, there are many good apartment options along 1604 near The Rim area.

I would ONLY live in Alamo Heights school district, that's Heights, Terrell Hills, or Olmos Park, move as soon as you have kids if you do, even Alamo Heights is shite now

Single = I-10 corridor around 1604 or Pearl Brewery/Downtown area unless you want to commute from New Braunfels / Gruene area. Folks complaining about traffic in SA is hilarious, go try a few days in Houston or Austin when there is the slightest fender bender on 35
