This honestly seems made up. Not saying the chick didn't get raped, but this part seems fake.

And that's the problem in situations like these. Because a woman cries rape, he's guilty in the overall court of public opinion and anyone who says..."wait a minute, this story sounds a bit fishy" is called a "rape apologist" or a "woman hater"
Don't get me wrong, rapists are scum.
But women who falsely accuse men of rape are scum as well.
And it sucks because in those instances the person is basically guilty until proven innocent.

BTW I'm somewhat acquainted with the guy, he was in a club I was in a couple years ago. Tried to start a fight with somebody in the middle of a meeting. Total douchebag. Wouldn't surprise me if this story is true, although admittedly I didn't have him pegged as the creepy would-be rapist type
