That's what I think happened. She wanted it, then he was too rough and she wanted to back away but he kept going.

I don't think it sounds particularly made up. She admitted going to a guys house that she didn't know and making out with him. I can't imagine her crying rape in this scenario if he didn't actually rape her, since she willingly went there

I'm certainly not one to automatically assume every supposed rape case is real, but the way that the OT automatically assumes the girl is making it up is disgusting. There were literally moments in reading through this thread where I felt repulsed in this sub-frat discussion.
Yes, she took him to her bedroom. Yes, that suggests that she wanted to have sex. However, if she was not comfortable with the way that he went about it, then he does not have the right to go forth with the situation. That, to me, constitutes rape.
Why would she go through the process of creating this elaborate story and contacting the police just because she regretted the sexual act, if things had been consensual? He's not a celebrity, I doubt there is a ton of money on the line here. I side with the girl.

ok, my bad then. we were in the same club a while back, and that incident happened during one such meeting. he struck me as a douche, but this is kinda surprising to me, and so i'm waiting and seeing like the rest of y'all seem to be
