The mortgage payment alone on a $10 million mansion is more than $30,000 a month.

$30k/mo., even net $30k/mo., isn't in that league

I mean 360,000 a year is a good living, bit is it really enough to buy a 10 million dollar mansion?

Even if she put 50% down and got a 4% interest rate, that's still a $24,000/month mortgage....not including any escrow for insurance or property taxes. The property tax alone would be something like $8,000/month.

if she was in the porn industry for 20 years or so, she probably bought the house for $800,000 originally and it appreciated that much (particularly if its in Cali).

FIFH...
Claiming $360k a year doesn’t get you two mortgages (one at $10 million). Like someone else said the math doesn’t add up.

exactly. there's no telling what her finances were actually like. $30k/month reported, but those whores have sugar daddies too, along with promotional work and endorsements. to assume you know everything about her income from a internet blurb is silly.

Guessing she also was not buying the house, but renting...or just staying there.

Has it been 3 pages speculating about the porn whore's personal finances?

How come every porn actress is referred to as a "star"?

I have no idea how she afforded that house, but calling 360k a “good” living is why this board is great.
