I found a website that lets you plug in your ingredients and then gives you a list of cocktails based on what you have available. I've discovered some cocktails during quarantine that will probably stay in my rotation for a while.
One of the classic cocktails I've only just discovered is the Gin Rickey. Gin, Lime juice, carbonated water. Using botanical gin instead of a dry gin, and changing it up regularly with various flavored carbonated waters. It's very refreshing. I could see many a patio summer days sipping a Gin Rickey.
