I’ve made several since the shutdown started. It’s not a complex or difficult cocktail
Any cocktail that asks to be rinsed with focking absinthe is way too high maintenance for me.

Biggie ups to Ohio on the Boulevardier. I would have doubted that there were a significant number of Ohioans that could spell that cocktail, much less enjoy it regularly.

Manhattan is the perfect bourbon cocktail if you have good bourbon. Any bourbon cocktail with ice gets too watery.

Also, the Paloma is a terrible drink.

The Manhattan is a great one. Are you saying you order yours up? Because that's going to get just as watery when stirred, as it would if you got it on the rocks.

Not if done properly. The ice in the mixer is only in contact with the bourbon for 30 seconds or so before straining into a pre-chilled glass.

It’s amazing how many people don’t understand the science behind what actually happens with ice in your drink.
It doesn’t matter if you use shaved ice or a cube the size of a basketball, it takes the same amount melting in your drink to chill it
