My guy, I have shitty lungs and I'm currently on blood pressure medications. I'm only 34, so you cannot take that route out, I can't know that's an option.

That definitely sounds a lot like me. Heck I was premature and had lung issues right when I was born. I was in the hospital for two weeks. Sometimes I wonder if that decided to come back and bite me 30 years later (when I started to have these types of conditions).

Are you able to do any physical activity? Can you walk? Do you live close to outdoor trails?

What actually are they?

Have you tested your living space for mold and such?

Yes there are some short outdoors trails in my community and I can walk. I know I should use them more despite the horrible heat right now. Part of me has thought about trying to exercise again.

I did OTF (Orange Theory for those that don't know) up until last year. I'm not the type who is easily motivated to exercise so it was nice to just have to show up. I quit last year though as it was too expensive for what I make. It'll be harder but I probably need to see if I can work out more at a local gym, even if it's only for 15 - 20 minutes at first.

Chronic Bronchitis
Chronic Asthma
Chronic Allergies (outdoors and animals which eliminates the ability to have a dog or cat)
GERD
High Blood Pressure (hereditary, everyone in my family takes meds for it)
Chronic Post Nasal Drip that now causes swallowing issues

And just for fun chronic hemorrhoids. Not even as dangerous as the others, just an absolute pain. I don't even try to use regular toilet paper anymore. I use baby wipes since they are moisturized. I most likely also have a mild form of IBS-C (constipation) though I've not been officially diagnosed with it.

Heck even for fun because of the last 2 I'm 40 and have already had 2 colonoscopies in my life. I've also had an endoscopy done as well as rhinoplasty/nose surgery (I had a deviated septum for most of my life).

You either need sinus removal or jaw surgery.

I've already had nose surgery to straighten out my septum and open up a sinus that had been clogged probably going back to childhood back in 2018.

I did not read anything about a relationship with God.

All joy in life comes from the Father and his son Jesus.

I have many of the same chronic conditions and doctors just kept giving me medications that made me feel worse. I decided to take all the chemicals out if my home/cleaning products/hygiene products. I found a list on cancer centers of America and figured if it was good for cancer patients maybe it would be better for me. Then started researching alternative remedies like eastern medicine, herbs, homeopathic. Also diet that decrease mucus in your body. If pool or hot tub helps maybe a humidifier in your home? Some people swear by things like collodial silver for lung diseases. It did not happen overnight but I am so much better a decade later than I ever thought I would be. I got hit with some other medical issues but that just made me more determined to figure out and follow the things that bring me joy.

Out of all my conditions you think GERD gives me away as some sort of alter? You do realize millions of people suffer from GERD/Gastritis/Gastrointestinal illnesses right?

I'll admit I posted on here years ago (probably 8 - 10 years ago when I was a lot younger) but then stopped posting. I forgot my previous username so I just created a new one a few months back as I decided to start posting here again.

I can truly promise you I am not any of those usernames you posted. I honestly don't even remember seeing any of them on here but again I was gone for several years.

I promise you I am being genuine and legitimate with everything I said.

Thank you. I feel like I'm taking crazy pills every time this guy runs this troll and no one else remembers.

Dude try fasting for 3 days. Plenty of YouTube videos about it - you could also go to a facility in CA or Mexico where you exercise and get spa treatments and socialize. If you're legit considering suicide you need to do outside the box stuff just to make sure you've given life all the chances it deserves.

Fasting is miraculous and could reverse what is ailing you.

I have thought about getting a humidifier. I'll admit I've heard nothing about collodial silver and I'm not even sure what it is but I know I need to be open to trying anything at this point.

GERD

I was also diagnosed with GERD. Coughed all the damn time and felt like I had a giant pill stuck in my throat 24/7. I was overweight and thought well, this is just how I am now. Three years ago I hit a wall and decided to lose the weight (that I'd convinced myself I could not) and it wasn't even that hard. I do go see a doctor for weigh ins and accountability, but it was all accomplished with intermittent fasting and walking. I lost 40 pounds and finally recognize myself again. My GERD is gone. There is a magic number that if I get above it, it comes back.

Several people have suggested a dog. This is a really, really great piece of advice you should consider. If you can find one that has any terrier or poodle, they don't shed. We found some sort of schnauzer mix 13 years ago and this dog is the center of my universe. Does NOT shed. No dander. The damn dog is walking perfection. The humane society has visit rooms to hang with the pooches one on one.. you can ask for help finding a non-shedder and spend 20 mins hanging out with it. I hear a lot of very familiar excuses in your posts. Things I've told myself too. It took someone in my family being honest with me to break the spell. You must start to make some changes if you want a different outcome.

You aren’t alone I promise you. I’ve been dealing with my own mid-life crisis for the past couple of years. It sucks but all you can do is pull yourself up and keep on pushing forward. Things will get better.
