I make plenty of money to pay for everything I need, mostly want, and save more than enough for retirement.

More of my money is also disappearing to things like mortgage, insurance, utilities, and groceries. This is not a difficult concept

$550/month car insurance? You're retarded. I pay $150/month for 2Gbps internet and wtf is "random debt"? Basically your posts sums up the problem of the financial ignorance so many have, no discipline and zero common sense.

You live in your mom's basement, take your sad schtick somewhere else.

I just went through 6-weeks without a paycheck, spent thousands on home improvements, and never touched a dime of savings. What's difficult for the low-IQ like you is having a financial plan and sticking to it.

My wife and I have been making a damned good living by any measure since about 1997. Not a subtle or unsubtle brag, just a fact. We haven't felt any economic pinch since our early 30s and I am 60 this year...but I do not know how a family of 4 making less than about $150k a year survives. I know we spend a shite ton of money and make a little more than twice that between the 2 of us and have made that are substantially more since the late 90s. I know what we spend...and see tons of folks making far less living the same lifestyle....with the exception of us driving cheap arse old vehicles where they are driving a new one every couple of years. We live in a military community so its pretty well established what folks are making and the young families around us have to be neck deep in debt. We live in way more house than we need but it is waaaaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy less house than we could afford if we wanted to....but most of the young families around us complain non stop about the cost of living yet UPS has a steady stream of trucks delivering all manner of shite to everybody every day and door dash and grub hub and walmart delivering groceries is more common than seeing anyone toting groceries from the car to the house. Lifestyle has way more to do with being broke than most people want to admit....eating at Outback, or a similarly priced restaurant, 4-5 nights a week would cost us $2000 a month....and the folks around us do it almost every night.

You even said ground meat and chicken are cheap as hell, when's the last time you set foot in a grocery store?

You can buy those items in bulk and get them for cheap if you are really struggling with money

That's for three cars with one teenage driver, it's a family budget.

Say you are stupid without saying it.

This conversation isn't for people who make 35K a year like you.

My math is just fine, has been for decades which is why I don't live paycheck to paycheck like you and yours.
