No concern for what your actions may result for your fellow hostages?
If they're at home, as horrible as it sounds, I'm not so sure I'd be concerned with the other hostages. Its impossible to actually know though.

ETA: this is looking more like some unbalanced dude who may have latched on to muslim ideology, but is mostly just hearing voices or somesuch. He seems pretty disorganized in the way he's going about it. If he'd wanted to create a big mass casualty situation, he's already had plenty of opportunity.

Terrorists are now making demands:
1. They want to speak to Prime Minister
2. They want an ISIS flag.
Those are the two demands which brings me to the conclusion they are unprepared and don't have explosives. I mean if you forget to bring your flag just how competent are they?
