Why do cops not just say:
"Hey, I'm enforcing the code but we live in a great country with checks and balances where you will have your day in court to argue your point with a judge. He is there to make sure I did my job correctly and to make sure you are fairly treated. So if I'm wrong I apologize in advance, but as of now I believe it a dereliction of my duty to not enforce the law as I have been deputized to do. Now, you have the right to remain silent..."

Would have arrested her for the tattoos alone. Bikini does not bother me.
Do hate the level of multiple tattoos on women these days....but in my 20's IWHI and not think twice.....she's probably a demon in the sack.

Thongs, and really all bikinis, should have a sliding scale of social acceptance. Thin and toned - she can basically be naked. Obese - it’s a felony.
