Police release artist's sketch of suspect in murder of 2 Delphi, IN teens

This is the case where 2 teen girls were murdered back in February and managed to film the suspect with a cellphone. A witness who got a good look at the man just recently came forward to provide details.

Why would someone wait on something like this? Well, I never been in that situation so I wouldn't know. Maybe they thought their info wasn't relevant or just was concerned to do so, but 6 months later?

I want him caught but I think the only way they will catch him is when he kills someone else
