You are insane.
The only question is why you are so triggered.

That officer is a straight up piece of shite. No matter what, its still a 11 year old girl. He must be full retarded because at one point he was asking her to obey orders that she couldn't possibly do because he was on her.
She wasn't really resisting, it was more of her reacting to being in a position that was hurting her. Nothing he was doing was going to help that situation, but I hope he feels better about himself.

She never was going to give herself up though.
She did have opportunities but she didn't want to be arrested.
Idk, this is a shite position to be in as a cop.

She shouldn't have to. She didn't commit a crime.

They get strong on that government cheese and crazy checks.

I’m not sure where the confusion is

Not assault her.

Really? Special needs.

WTF? Assault? He gave her enough room to get out of the door. He watched as she opened the door.
What was the issue? She was standing in the door way, then she walks in and goes out the other door. What happened to going to the principles office and discussing the situation?

His enthusiasm about documenting those 3 totally exaggerated “felonies” the child committed is disturbing. With a history of wandering and severe defiance at school, she likely has real psych issues/special needs. The conversation with Mom at the end of the full video also implies this.
The principal was calm throughout and would have been able to handle this better without that officer. The officer is just embarrassed after losing his temper, unnecessarily (and unsuccessfully) attempting to subdue an 11 year old girl, shamelessly lying about what happened, then loudly faking an asthma attack whilst making a bunch of dumb hand motions to the other LEO’s. He’s so proud about documenting 3 felonies and setting up her juvie court appointment at 11:00 the next day he doesn’t even realize how pissed everyone is at him.
What a pathetic little piece of shite.

He’s school resource officer and not a rabid fricking pit bull. He should know what to do.
The principal didn’t need or want her restrained. What do you think the officer could have done differently to avoid or de-escalate this?

What did we learn from this children? Even if you steal resist arrest and you will eventually get the police officer fired.
That's it, because it's evident the parents aren't doing their job. This world is fricked.
