Man I hate being trapped.

I guess claustrophobia? I’ve never been clinically diagnosed but I digress.

frick yeah I’d go in a Polar Bear cage, a Shark cage and then the Crocodile cage, all in the same day.

Giant animals, like ourselves, intrigue me.

I’d love to look into their eyes that closely.

Also, it would be like the Prairie Dog pop up thingy at the old Audubon Zoo.

Tunnel around on your hands and knees then just stick your head into this plexiglass dome and just peep those little doggers, mulling around.

Yeah, shame that the cruise liner industry died in 1912.

If that bear broke a single pane of plexiglass, it would look like scooping watermelon out through a hole in the rind.

Sure. I’ve been cage diving with great whites, and this doesn’t even carry the risk of me being a dumbass and letting an extremity get too close to the cage

Yeah. Tell that to the imploded gel in the Atlantic.

Anyone’s who has a “yeah, I’ll do that” will probably change their mind on seeing one in the wild.

About a decade ago, we were fortunate enough to catch feeding time at the KC Zoo. The staff lowered down 55 gallon drums filled to the brim with meat from about 30 feet up. Polar bears in captivity are incomprehensibly huge in person, especially standing on their hind legs as these were and then they toyed with those 55 g. drums like a cat with a play toy. Can only imagine what the giants in the wild get to be.

In the wild, polar bears are naturally accustomed to surviving upon a feast or famine existence.

Polar bears used to be known as nanny bears -- it's just trashy people who train them to be mean.

I'll take the job, set up a camera/video and press start before he arrives. Well after that giant thing leaves I'll go get my videos of it trying to eat things.

Made me laugh. That’s one of those survey questions that a substantial minority of men answered that yes, they could whip a grizzly bear.
