Should have been more specific. No busted lines, just need some work done.
I hope it isn't a rush, and if it isn't I would wait a bit and let all the high dollar freeze work dry up first.

This is probably not a good time to get routine plumbing work done. They are gonna charge emergency prices for non-emergency work.

Tim’s Proficient Plumbing.
I would wait if possible due to the amount of work ongoing for all plumbers. I would only use Shark Bite for a temporary solution and not long term.

Same with A/C men from people overworking their heat pumps when temps dropped below 30 and people didn't switch to emergency heat.
Correct me if I am wrong but don't all at least semi-modern thermostats (made within the last 30 years) turn on second stage/aux/emergency resistive heat grids automatically? Normally controlled by the W2/Aux wire. This is the same with all resistive heat systems that have multiple stages. I have never seen a heat pump or multi-stage resistive grid heat that required my input to turn on the second or third stage. This assumes the thermostat is properly programmed and is one that can control multi-stage heating both of which should be true if you have multi-stage heating.

Paco’s Rapid Relief Plumbing. 225-276-9437.
Top notch service and pricing. I’ve used him twice after an initial recommendation from the H&G board. He can do everything plumbing/sewer.
