Thanks man. It only took maybe one can per tire, so it's much cheaper ($6 a can) than going out and dropping $200+ per rim for a black rim.

The better question would be what can't I plastidip? seriously, I can't think of anything you can't plastidip.

Good looking rig.

I've always liked the H3. They are what I think a modern take on the popular old Jeep Cherokee should have been.

H3 Hummers are a woman's vehicle. No self respecting man would drive a fake Hummer. Super casty.

Doesn't that cheap body sit on a Suburban chassis?

L...A...M...E

and then plastidipping to top it off!

USAF, I would highly recommend covering up your license plate #.

This is the OT after all.

How long will it last on rims before it starts to peel? Once it starts to peel, do you have to remove all the dip off the rim to reapply or can you just touch up small areas?

I've had my rims done since last summer and they still look the same as if I had just put it on yesterday. The best part is you can use tire shine to clean it up and give it a bit of a shine without having that high gloss look. as far as peeling, it just depends on where it peels from. If it's on the edge of the rim you should be able to just lightly coat it back to normal. If it's close to the lugnuts, you would be better off taking the tire off and redoing it that way.
