I think weighted dips are a lot better. Like a squat for your upper body.

Yep I was ragging on some of the components of Crossfit. I know it is a great workout but some of the things done at crossfit gyms are an invitation to injury.

Not sure how working out at a Planet fitness(and a YMCA) has anything to do with that.
