Yep, he just had to show his cigarette so we all knew how cool he is. Can’t miss that golden opportunity.

I did not see the crash, but saw the helicopter. It was flying east approximately 50 feet above the interstate. Extremely foggy in that area. I saw it maybe 1/4 mile the Hwy 51 exit. First thing I thought to myself was that it was flying way too low considering the fog.

There was a helicopter parked in the grass near Mike Anderson Saturday and Sunday. I’m not saying it’s the same helicopter, but it looks like the same type/color for sure.

I'm not sure how to describe that video. There seems to be some heavy smoke on both sides of the interstate there. One is a pilot burning and the other is a driver burning.

So it’s exactly like traffic for the Bayou Classic every year.

I don’t think that was a cigarette.

1) I'm not sure I have the balls to drive around/past a fire like that

2) Crazy how it crash landed onto the bridge, especially if it hit a power line. Was it trying to make an emergency landing on the bridge and just could not get it down safely?

3) Yeah they will need to inspect the bridge for sure.

Just a pessimistic guess

Don't know if this had the chemical fire that the last one had.

There is a plane ZCG6570 shown in the same area. Doesn't seem to be moving.

Holy shite. I saw that helicopter when I was coming back from LaPlace about an hour ago. It was flying super low between the lanes going eastbound. It was also really foggy in that area.
