'But it was so sweet, trash owners..' blah blah blah.

Don't pitt attacks account for over 70% of dog attacks?

Dude should be in jail for doing that to children. WTF. And he has no remorse whatsoever. Unbelievable.

Well played.

My dog is part of my family and my family is more important to me than your family. Not really a difficult concept, or at least it shouldn't be.

Good point. My family is wayyyy better than your family and would most likely kill your entire family if necessary.

Especially if our dog was drowning.

I will only own pits for my entire life. Hands down the most beautiful breed of dog out there and they are boisterous which is why I like them. I think all should be registered and should be illegal for certain individuals to own one much like owning a gun. Big fines and jail time for those that break the law.

My daughter dogsits for people in our neighborhood. One neighbor has 2 Pit Bulls, and my daughter watches them and brings them over to my house. They are both goofy and friendly dogs, but being around them and horsing around with them, you can tell how freaking deadly this breed is. As I said, they are very friendly, and treat my Boykin Spaniel well, even though she's scared shitless by them...

If one of them went off for any reason, it could do some serious damage. I always keep my pistol handy when they are around.

If this were real life and somebody made a choice to save their dog over my kid then that person would die. I can't be more serious. Bullet to the head and I believe there's not a jury in the US that would convict me for that.

Great example of the pussification of America. Fluffy, Rex, Fido has no idea it will die. It cannot compute it's existence in history. It has not invented anything and is selfish in nature. It's an animal. Again, saying you'd watch a little kid die while saying you'd rescue a dog first should speak plenty about you.

ETA: I love my dog, but bye bye my Lab if I'm choosing between a kid I don't know and a freaking dog.

no but you got 3 dumbasses to believe you

quote:

According to the Clifton study, pit bulls, Rottweilers, Presa Canarios and their mixes are responsible for 74% of attacks that were included in the study, 68% of the attacks upon children, 82% of the attacks upon adults, 65% of the deaths, and 68% of the maimings. In more than two-thirds of the cases included in the study, the life-threatening or fatal attack was apparently the first known dangerous behavior by the animal in question. Clifton states:

i bet you don't even know what a presa canarios is

Do you understand how dog breeding works you moron? Pitbulls were bred to be violent.

Im against pit bulls because I cant trust them, but this is bullshite.

50-100 years ago the Pit Bull was a family pet. My grand mother had one, everyone owned them and there wasnt any problems of pitbulls attacking family members. This was a non issue back then.

There are 2 strains of the breed that were developed. One for fighting (larger breed) and one for a family pet hunting /catch dog.

Shitty owners, get the first strain which is the large breed, used to guard their illegal activities, fighting , and/or get abused

It wasnt called the nanny dog because it was violent.
