They listed it, and were unable to get, $95k in '18, '19, '20, and '21. Surely, they will get double in '22.

I don't see how. Too skinny to put a shotgun house on there. Even in this market you have to have enough land to build some type of livable structure. Put the list price egregiously high and hope someone comes in with an offer trying to low ball. That low ball offer will likely be more than what it should be listed anyway.

It's totally ridiculous of course. Not only is it postage-stamp small and outrageously expensive for the poophole that is NO, look at the bars on the neighbors windows which should tell you a lot about the neighborhood, LOL.
