That's a small python... eagle should be able to take it out.

not certain who wins here, note the boa has the eagle by its legs. But if betting I'd go with the eagle, cause I'm sure the eagle knew what it was doing when it attacked it.

I once walked out on my back porch and about 5 feet in front of me a red-tailed hawk took off from the ground directly over my head with a approximately 5 foot long rat snake in it's talons.
