Secondly, why? I worked there for almost two years and left partially because they wanted me to move there.
It's a beautiful little town but there's absolutely nothing going on there. Especially in the winter.

Dallas - Just love the feel of the city. Very disappointed I didn't get a job there a couple of years ago.
Boulder - Nice enough with good demographics that I could deal with the liberals.
Springfield, MO - Visited up there a few times and loved it. Cost of living is very low.

Been to all three, loved them all. Honolulu was probably the one that felt the most urban. Anchorage and Colorado Springs both still kind of feel rural even though they aren't.

I'd never live in a city of over 100K full time. Cities blow. Glad I move out to western Nebraska next January. Population in my county is around 2,000

Western NE isn't really the Midwest. More like the High Plains. Very few trees outside of shelter belts, short and mixed grass prairie and not nearly the Amount of row crops that you get in the Midwest. Heavy cattle country out there.
