Coastal Colombia, Chile, and Argentina all worth going to in South America if you are able to speak a little Spanish.
This is where I was leaning.
Also thinking Rio. Friend just got back from there and said it was amazing and cheap. He's very well traveled too.

This is silly... At least narrow it to a list of countries. You just listed about 1/3 of the world.
Trying to get ideas. Narrowing it down would defeat the purpose, we're pretty open.

Grand Canyon, place is breathtaking from what I understand.
Go see the Rockies or hike the Appalachian.

Manchu Pichu with Alaska being the other runner up are the only places in the Americas that I haven't visited that I want to. The Galapcos if that counts.

That counts as part of South America technically. You're good

Man if you take the ole lady Central or South, you might find yourself being a bit uneasy at times. They are the most beautiful women in the world.

Totally depends on what you like.
If you want to relax on a beautiful beach and enjoy some water activities go to the Caribbean: USVI, Turks & Caicos, etc.
If you want to do some eco-adventuring go to Costa Rica or Belize.
If you want to hike to one of the wonders of the ancient world go to Machu Picchu
If you are city people and want great food, some of the best museums in the world, and world class hotels go to New York City or Chicago.
The four corners region has some truly beautiful national parks: Bryce Canyon, Arches, Zion, Grand Canyon.
Another beautiful part of the US is the California Coast along the PCH. Yosemite is also great.
Edit: To answer OP's question, if I was picking one place to travel in the Americas I would take Machu Picchu b/c I haven't been there yet and think it looks awesome.

Alaska, we flew via helicopter and landed on a giant glacier in the middle of no where, i imagine it's what being on the moon is like. It was an amazing experience

Some of the remote parts of Hawaiian Islands...the green looks so pretty.

I'm going to Ecuador in September. Remote lodge in the Amazon basin followed by the Andes. Never been there before.
Costa Rica is great, I've been there 4 times but am looking for a new experience. If not Ecuador I'd probably be headed to Patagonia, that may be next year.
