A man who doesn’t exercise is more likely to be depressed and or angry. Also, working out is not necessary in order to whoop a woman’s arse, since men are naturally bigger and stronger. Exercise, especially lifting heavy weight, releases hormones that promote happiness and well-being, making the man much less likely to be aggressive towards women. Also, after lifting, I’m usually too tired to abuse the wife and kids.
