Never knew there was an actual photon game location, but I got a red photon helmet/gun setup with a target for Christmas. Didn’t know a single person with one, so me and my brother took turns wearing the target and being chased by the other.
Never got to fight the green team lol

Was awesome, seemed very high tech for the period. Straight up rush running through it. Then you've have some random 300lb dude tilt his helmet up(which was cheating) walk around yelling at everyone

I was real young but I have a pretty vivid memory of going to watch my brothers play and you could see all the action from above. Like it was a second floor open to the game below and as you sat on the rail there were guns you could shoot with and they could shoot up and you and disable it. I know there was a place like this and im pretty sure it was photon but this memory is from when I was like 4 or 5.

I went there, 1986 or so. Loved playing Photon whenever we visited family in BR.

You bought it, didn’t you?

Bunch of friends and I used to drive from Lafayette on Saturday nights to go play. We had a blast at Photon.

In. Had a blast playing it. And watching from the second floor was fun as well.

I was too small to play but went to a bday party. You could stand at the top and put quarters into a machine and snipe people. It was also Sound Warehouse. You could go in a listen to CD's at the stations. That's when CD's were in the tall boxes. Going in there on Sat morning after going to the old coffee call for with my Dad and Listening to the newest G-n -R Use your Illusion CD's was a great part of growing up in BR in the 80's-90's.

My dad was an original investor and was a sub contractor in the building process. I remember going to the private pre-opening event. Had a blast. At the time, there wasn’t anything like it in BR.
I know he lost his arse off in the money investment . Never understood why it didn’t work.
