But they left a shell casing on the porch. Which means police should have fingerprints and DNA.
I know people who commit crimes aren't the brightest people around, but I would think that they'd be smart enough to wear gloves while loading their gun.

It why a lot of these crimes never get solved.

A criminal with the wherewithal to wear gloves while handling and loading their ammo wouldn't have left the casing on the porch. Also, I'm sure it can be done, but I have a 9MM with 16 round mags and I can yell you that handling the ammo while loading with gloves would be cumbersome (unless very, very thin).

Looks like the kind of neighborhood this would happen in

That's actually nice compared to plenty of other areas in Philly.

What are the chances that he has family who are in the game?

Lots of the more disturbing murders you hear about in some communities are people getting back at rivals through killing their kids.

Horrible story. This part is strange to me. The mom is at home and heard someone calling her 12 year old’s name from the door at 3 am and she just lets him go to answer it? Maybe I’m just misunderstanding it. Is that strange to anyone else?
Nothing in there suggests that she LET him go answer the door. It's more likely he did it on his own accord or even they both heard the call and he got there before she did.

I am not trying to be funny because this is tragic but is that why they shot him through the eye. To send a message?
It was a blind shot through a door so the shooter couldn't have known he would hit anything or anyone at any particular place.

Or maybe he was a TPOS and got killed by another TPOS.

What a dickbag you are. Even if the kid was as you say a "TPOS" he did not deserve to die.

Maybe a revenge killing for something he may not necessarily have even been involved in. Kill someone, they suffer momentarily. Kill their child and they suffer for a lifetime.

Is Sadeed a common black name in Philly? His moms name is Lisa, but is there a potential muslim connection?

And there lies the problem. What happens more in this country? And by more, I mean ridiculously MORE.

Well, because one allows them to play the victim and the other would require an acceptance of the fact that they are their own worst enemy and the reason for many of their issues.

these people WANT to change, i promise. if we just tax the shite out of the people who do the right thing, we can turn this culture around.

also, racism. *everyone claps*
