Dearest Friend,
This vaccine was rushed to market and IMHO has not been fully tested adequately.
Merry Christmas

My understanding that the phase 1, 2, and 3 studies were all the same. The speed was related to the funding and not having months or even years between phases often used to raise the funding to conduct the trials. However, I’m willing to learn more.

same people that complain about government inefficiency and bloat apparently think that it’s all very essential

How do you feel about the drug ivermectin to prevent and treat covid?

Friend,
The contradictions are rising to the surface in the last six weeks. Permitting the Election 2020 board to continue well past the election and that Q thread have caused some very odd thinkers to gravitate to TD, which ultimately has caused the site to shift far, far to the right. Rational discourse is becoming scarcer by the day.
Yours,
TulaneLSU

It's supposedly only good for 3 months. What's the harm in waiting another month or two and observing the results. If there's a noticeable decline in infections and side effects seem minimal - I'll gladly get one to help with herd immunity.
I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt here and just assume you were fooled by the fake news posted here last week - the immunity is effective for at least 3 months. It's only 3 months because that’s all they have tested at the time of the results. It could be good for 5 years, but we won’t know that for another 4.75 years.

Imagine wanting a vaccine for a virus with a 98% survival rate for all ages.

Its not for you. Its so you dont spread it to the unhealthy and old who are draining medical resources.

Then if they want it, let them take it. Idk what the issue is on here then. People who want to take it can, people who don’t shouldn’t be forced to.

Nobody is forcing you. But not getting the vaccine based on fake news is silly

Couldn’t we have achieved this already if we just quarantined the unhealthy and elderly then let normal healthy individuals go about their lives? COVID has been in the United States for 12 months now.

Well from recent news, it seems like airlines and other industries are talking about not allowing people to use their services unless they’ve proven to be vaccinated. Same goes for Jobs and potentially schools

Maybe in an alternative reality that would have worked
But that isn’t the reality in which we are in right now

Old unhealthy are quarantined in nursing homes. But it spread like wildfire in there because of near minimum wage employees bringing it in

quote:I’ve got no issue with this approach, but the answer is no, it would likely not already be achieved. Also, most of those that are “unhealthy,” as that term is used to describe risks related to covid, don’t consider themselves unhealthy.

Between the phase III trials of Pfizer, Moderna, and Janssen, there will be more than 130,000 people it was tested in.
Lotta dumb people on this board. I mean, I knew that, but they're outing themselves left and right.
