If they avoid playing, they are equated with Ri-Hanna and Amy piggy? If they play, they are promoting oppression of black folks?

Is there no middle ground? Like, if they knock it out of the park, does 1% of the audience then spend money on their product? That is millions of dollars. This is their biggest break to date and the idiots are trying to take it from them for a fake narrative.

I’m sure the NFL has been beating down Amy Schumer’s door to work with them.

I am completely for the petition. Maroon 5's music is a pile of garbage.

Thousands of people have signed a petition calling on Maroon 5 to drop out of the Super Bowl LIII Halftime Show to express solidarity with embattled quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

Not reading all 3 pages, but I will note that this is obviously going to cause the NFL to lose hundreds of thousands of pennies. I hope they can survive.

I wish they would get a good old fashioned 70's or 80's rock band. When music was music.

The reason behind it is shitty but so is Maroon 5.

They should scrap the musical acts anyway and go back to punt/pass/kick contests, feats of strength, and folks showcasing jet packs and whatnot.

When this is something you feel you have to gripe about and sign a petition for. You should reevaluate everything about yourself. Maybe the monastary is a place to think about joining.

Going to piss you off even more. Many, many moons ago we were the opening act on Everclear tour and they were middle act. The guy is one of the nicest guys on the planet. Still remembers us to this day and let’s us in backstage anytime we show up to see them.

How awesome would it be to have Ted Nugent walk out on the SB stage and break into Stranglehold?

The NFL needs to remember who its biggest patrons are. They are not whiny libs who protest for a living.
