I hate stupid things like this. In my opinion, if they wanted the truth they would ask open ended questions.

I don't think it matters one way or the other. Stay away from middle of the road answers, like "not sure what I would do"

Well assuming "look for a company where the HR dept isn't filled with idiots that believe in personality testing," just give them the answers they want.
I mean, these are people who think they'll trip you up with questions like "A coworker leaves 10 dollars on his desk, should you:
A) Leave it there and remind him
B) Take it but give it to him if he asks for it back
C) Take it and spend it
D) Take it and buy coffee for the office"

I'd turn down the job. These are pointless. If the employer is caught up in this senseless bullshite then there's probably more bullshite to come when you work there.

I had to take a pre-hire MMPI test years back. I was honest, but left feeling like I was a miserable prick of a human being for some of my answers. I apparently "passed", therefore if I can, you can too. Go with honest, instead of perfect. That is what they are looking for.

To help understand what kinda people I'm dealing with they are a Fortune 500 company. I'll be on the skilled/hourly side of the company though. But I would assume this company handles their hiring process very professionally.
