Breath

Assuming everyone does the basic brush at least once a day and use mouth wash.. I just want to throw my 2 cents in. You know how, if you leave good in the refrigerator it eventually starts to smell? Well, your toothbrush doesn't really get into certain areas well so there are places where little chunks of food might get stuck.. And if it stays there for awhile, it is going to cause your breath to smell. So flossing is important.

Also, if you feel like you need more help. Take a shot of Apple Cider Vinegar every morning. It supposedly helps kill the bacteria that causes bad breath.

Keep floss in your desk, at work. After lunch, get in the habit of using the floss. Always keep Altoids around.

This shouldn't be hard. Take a shower at least once a day and use deodorant. Some people might need something a little extra. You can also put lotion on your face, hands, arms and legs.. It keeps your skin moisturized and it usually has a nice scent. If you use cologne, I suggest spraying it so that you get half the spray on you. You don't want people to smell you coming and you don't want to get in a room and then BAM people smell the strong smell of whatever you have on. You want it to be just enough where people will smell it if they are close to you. And not everyone should wear cologne, make sure your nature scent mixes with whatever cologne you wear.

Body Hair

I recommend shaving under your arms, especially in the summer. When you sweat, it gets all into your hair and if you are not aware... And you take a quick shower, you can still have some of that sweat smell linger. And a hairy chest isn't cool anymore.. For those who are not aware.

I do the same, but to save even more time I installed the toilet in the shower.

I got a rechargeable hand held water pic thing. It will blast that shite right out. Can even put mouth wash in it.

but I'll update the OP so as not to lead men astray by suggesting that it's not an important part of a mouth-cleaning regimen.

Your update suggests half-measures. The rule of thumb when brushing your tongue is you go back until you gag. This can safely be done twice. 3 times and you’ll have to eat breakfast again.

I broke down and bought the SonicCare Diamondclean toothbrush. This may be my favorite thing of all time.

But, to add to Pecker's post, buy a dedicated tongue scraper. They work much better than just brushing your tongue. Scrape all that nasty white shite off. Brush. Floss. Mouth wash. I prefer Crest Pro Health.

I like this. You can use the pointy end to help clean the butthole in Part 3.

Why is it better than a brush?

. I agree with this big time. There are some people who way overdo it. My question is how do you figure out if your natural scent mixes well with your cologne of choice?

You should get a copper one, it helps neutralize the bacteria that’s on your tongue.

We switched to the tooth powder for awhile, because of the whole cancer thing, but it was pretty inconvenient for anywhere other than home, and doesn’t taste very good, so we switched to the Jason natural toothpaste, it foams like crazy, way more than the cancer paste.

With regular brushing, the cleaning action comes from you manually moving the brush

The soniccare brush head moves thousands of times a second. It actively pushes the toothpaste between your teeth.

You can feel the difference.

I had issues with coffee stains on my bottom teeth. No matter what I tried, I couldn't get rid of them. After a week of use, the soniccare knocked all the stains off. It's a little expensive, but worth every penny in my opinion.
