I remember when BR had a mayor and law enforcement agencies that actually fought crime and vigorously prosecuted the law breakers. Seems like it wasn’t that long ago. My, how things change.

I think it’s time to start giving the death penalty after a combination of offenses in crime categories. That’s the only way to stop this, harsher punishments for any crimes. You steal, get your hands chopped off. You rape somebody, get your shite cut off. You mess with children in any form, public hanging.
