Building being evacuated. Several fire trucks on site. May be a car burning

Does anyone watch the show "The Profit" on CNBC?
There was an episode in which Marcus Lemonis (the guy in the show who invest in businesses) went to a children's clothing store in New Orleans and the owners recently opened another store in Perkins Rowe. Marcus ended up investing in their business and his plan was to open up more throughout the US and I think he was going to use the store in Perkins Rowe as a model for the other stores..
