well, theres no parking up there - but they do have sprinklers on all floors of all buildings.

I passed by it...It was coming from the very top level of the parking garage that isn’t covered (that three level structure to the left). Looked like a car on fire; could see black smoke and flames. Was extinguished by the time I passed back, about 10 minutes.

pretty sure that was a store over on Jefferson, nowhere near Perkins rowe.

When I was younger I was working in Houston in an office building in the Tanglewood area. The parking garage in the building across the street from us (San Felipe Plaza) had a car catch fire that spread to several other cars. It was a mess. The smoke was insane. There were concerns that garage was no longer structurally sound, so they had to get it checked out before anyone could get their vehicles out of the garage, which took a while.
