Do you stop at stop signs?

Only if there's someone coming. Any other time I slow down a little bit and do kind of a rolling stop.

Oh you mean on my bike. Yeah, always.

Addressed in what way, acknowledging that it's true?

I don't. Not the law here.

For cyclists in Idaho, red lights should be treated as stop signs and stop signs as yield signs.

No idea about other states.

Follow the rules of the road (stoping at stop signs & lights, using signals) and they probably wouldn’t get kills. Cyclist just want to pick and choose what rules they follow.

I really have no issue with cyclists in urban areas assuming they stop and signal. But out in rural roads where they can't keep up and don't have space on a 2 lane road for example, it's just asking for trouble. Not saying they deserve to get hit, just that it is an unsafe situation that I personally would avoid.

NO.
Some cyclist have this perception that they are equal to an automobile, or at least want equal right to the road to it, but fail to remember that when a crash happens, they aren't equal, and they will die.

I do'nt care if you want to ride a bike in big downtown areas. It's probably better than being in a car. But if you want to ride your bike down essen lane at 430, you're an idiot, and there's nothing we can put on roads like Essen or Bluebonnet or Siegen or College to make it safer for a cyclist. Those roads are not for bikes, simple as that.

When do cyclers start paying taxes to help maintain the roads?

When I saw it I wondered the same thing. At first, I thought it was a picture of the cyclist hit and he actually survived. Did a quick google search and saw the story on a handful of news sites from the Phoenix area.

When their bikes are as heavy as cars and the fatasses driving them.

So what funds are used to add bike lanes?

in most cases voted on state funds. Not all of your hard earned taxes go to bike lanes. Some go to Ukraine.
