Like I said it was hearsay but it came from someone that I trust and he wouldn't of said it unless he had a credible source. I so hope it's true so Blaine can move on (although even if video evidence shows AS shot first, some people still won't be satisfied with the evidence)

It would also explain why the officer ended up on his side and still holding his weapon facing the criminal incase he reacted some more

For privacy, I can't disclose which hospital I work at.
What am I hearing? Nothing. The ER is always "on alert" per se. But if there was a TRUE emergency or real THREAT, we would know hours before any of the public knows which comes from any law enforcement agency in the state.
